I saw this picture being taken at a special Veteran's day eve event for the children of wounded soldiers. I believe the above poster is mistaking this child for the child of Congressman THOMAS, who looks quite similar. The caption must have mistakenly attributed the photo to the next day. I think this affirms the Republican party's place as the the party of Family Values, personally.
